After avoiding the issue of my significant hearing loss for over 20 years, Leon was the first audiologist who finally managed to persuade me to get hearing aids. His calm, honest & friendly manner gave me the courage to give them a try and now, almost one year later I am so happy that I did. I have regained confidence that I didn't know I had lost and only now realise how much I was missing. Should have done it earlier!

Hear this ! :-) ...... I was just treated to a wonderful hassle free examination of my ears without having the fear of being overly sold on hearing equipment or unnecessary tests. I called the office and was fortunate enough to have been given an appointment on the same day.It was a Super Clean and a very modern practise. The audiologist checked my ear and told me not to worry as my ear was free from wax and in good shape. That was a relief ! ... better still there was NO CHARGE for checking my ear. ... this was truly unusual but I accepted it was a great smile :-) They said they would only have charged if they had to do some additional work such as wax removal DO take the time to visit the practice as they do more than just hearing aids. I was rather concerned that if I went they would try and sell me hearing aids or something to that affect HINT : There is parking across the road where you can park for an hour - for free !
